Lovely beach location with clear water and fun water activities. Comfy sunloungers and a pool near the beach bar. Big and clean rooms with daily room service and a free safe. Friendly staff at the Mexican fiesta night and buffet with enough options, including vegetarian. Close proximity to the ferry for easy transportation.

Great location near ferry terminal to Isla Mujeres and lovely beach. Friendly staff, especially at the bar. Four pools on the property. Mexican night was a fun experience with delicious food. Convenient pharmacy nearby. Nice kids park for families.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, close to the downtown area and with easy access to the beach. Guests can enjoy the beautiful views of a nearby island from the beach, and there is even an inflatable water park for added fun. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with friendly staff providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of choices and is enjoyable.

The beach was nice to swim at, despite some seaweed. The hotel had a good location, close to downtown and the clubbing area. The staff were friendly and the guests were sociable and friendly.

The room decor was outdated and the mattresses were old. The room lacked amenities, such as brochures and proper towels.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, including Marlei, Fidel, Brenda, Marcus, and the rest of the team. The location was perfect, right next to the ferry and with easy access to the island and downtown. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and basic rooms, a huge bed, and nice pools. The beach was also beautiful, with clear water and plenty of water activities. The food at the bar and main restaurant was delicious, and there were even vegetarian options available.

We had an amazing time at this place! The beach location was fantastic and we enjoyed lounging under the beach umbrellas. The staff went out of their way to provide us with great service and the room amenities were top-notch. We also loved the wide variety of drinks offered at the poolside snack bar!

My friends and I recently stayed at this place and had a fantastic time. The location was amazing, right near the ferry to the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres. We also loved that there was a supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab any necessities. The mini port where the boat trips departed from was also just a stone's throw away. It was so convenient!

Convenient location next to Ultramar Ferry for day trips to the clear blue waters. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Miguel, Giovani, Paola, and Esteban who organize pool activities. Beach access with crystal clear waters. Beautiful gardens with peacocks roaming around. Lovely Mexican night under the stars with delicious food and mariachis.
